These Terms govern your use of Parlae, a mobile application made by Tharaldsen Labs, LLC, a North Carolina company. By using Parlae, you agree to these Terms.
Parlae is a voice companion app for OpenClaw, a self-hosted AI assistant. It handles speech-to-text on your device, sends transcribed messages to your OpenClaw server, and speaks responses back to you. Parlae is a client app — it does not host, operate, or control any AI services.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, safety, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content you receive through Parlae. AI can produce incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate content. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
You agree not to use Parlae to violate any law, generate harmful content, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharaldsen Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Parlae. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0, since it's free).
Parlae is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
